Refund policy

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all DARYL K tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Please email info@darylk.com to receive an RMA number. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will be accepted at the discretion of DARYL K and will be refunded or exchanged as per the customers request. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

LATE RETURNS

An RMA number should be requested within three days of receiving your order. Using your original order number and email address from which you ordered, add the details of the reason for requested return. You should then return your item(s) within three days of receiving this number.

Returns outside these time frames will be accepted at the discretion of DARYL K.  Please note that RMA numbers requested after three days may also be granted at our sole discretion.
