FIRST-TIME ORDERS

For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

SIZING INFORMATION

To help you choose the best size, on every product page you'll find a link to a size conversion chart to help you convert international sizes, as well as product measurements and a guide to using these.

SEASONAL SALES

DARYL K hosts trunk shows in various private locations throughout the year where customers can view and try our clothing and see special items not available — to be notified of items available for pre-order and to receive invitations to trunk shows and events, please join the mailing list. 

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

We deliver to 170 countries around the world, and offer different shipping options to meet your needs. 

DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPMENTS: $10.00—orders ship via USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: $50.00-$75—carrier varies by region.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

  • All orders within the US are shipped from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
  • International and Canadian orders are delivered from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days.  DARYL K is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment from DARYL K, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to DARYL K. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Some orders will require a signature upon receipt, either at our discretion or by request from customers.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
  • We are not responsible for customs duties in your international location.
  • Please ensure your shipping location and your package will be secure, once delivered to your address. We are not responsible for packages that you do not receive when we have a delivery confirmation from the carrier. 

FREE SHIPPING

From time to time, we run free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, sign up for the DARYL K Newsletter. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.

INSURANCE

At times, we will require a signature for any goods delivered.  If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by DARYL K and transfer of responsibility in the same way. 

Daryl K is not responsible for packages that are lost when shipped or when returned to us. 

TAXES & DUTIES

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.

If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York State. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. DARYL K is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Items must be returned new, unused, and with all DARYL K tags still attached within 14 days. Returns that are damaged, soiled, have any visible signs of wear or have been altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

 Please email info@darylk.com to receive approval for your return with an explanation of why you would like to return or exchange your order.

All items returned need approval by email. Returns will be accepted at the discretion of DARYL K and may be exchanged or refunded at the discretion of DARYL K. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

We are happy to discuss each individual purchase and need for a refund.

PRE-ORDERS:

 Pre-Orders will be exchanged or refunded at the discretion of Daryl K and will be subject to a $25 shipping and handling fee.

 

LATE RETURNS

A return authorization by email should be requested within 4 days of receiving your order. Using your original order number and email address from which you ordered, add the details of the reason for requested return. You should then return your item(s) within 4 days of receiving this authorization.

Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer if not offered by DARYL K. In the case of an exchange, we will usually assume the cost of shipping your replaced item in the US. 

Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of DARYL K and may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that requested return authorization after 4 days may also be granted at our sole discretion.
