FIRST TIME ORDERS
For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.
SIZING INFORMATION
Sizing varies considerably amongst the designers we stock. So to help you choose the best size, you'll find the following information on every product page:
- A link to a 'size conversion chart' to help you convert international sizes, as well as product measurements and a guide to using these.
- A 'size & fit ' section with further information on how the garment fits, and whether it runs true, small or large to size.

SEASONAL SALES
DARYL K offers seasonal sales twice a year. To be notified as soon as our sale starts and of further reductions join the DARYL K newsletter.
SALE PACKAGING
All sale items will be delivered in basic packaging only.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
DARYL K is happy to offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to seven days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved sale price adjustments will be credited to your DARYL K account in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 12 months.
We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
We deliver to 170 countries around the world, and offer different shipping options to meet your needs - as listed below.
UPS FOR DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS / DHL for international shipments
WHEN DO WE DELIVER?
- All orders within the US are shipped via UPS from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
- International and Canadian orders are delivered by DHL from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, DARYL K are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment from DARYL K, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import
Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to DARYL K. This amount will
be deducted from your merchandise refund.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- All orders require a signature upon receipt.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
FREE SHIPPING
From time to time, we also run free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply join the DARYL K Newsletter. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.
INSURANCE
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by DARYL K and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
TAXES & DUTIES
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.
If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York State and New Jersey. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. DARYL K is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.
OUR POLICY
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all DARYL K and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Please email info@darylk.com to receive a RMA number. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will be accepted at the discretion of DARYL K and may only be refunded as a store credit. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
LATE RETURNS
An RMA number should be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. Using your original order number and email address from which you ordered add the details of the reason for requested return. You should then return your item(s) within three days of receiving this number.
Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of DARYL K and may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that RMA numbers requested after 3 days may also be granted at our sole discretion.
